"The hotel overall was good . The doors and keycards kept messing up. The breakfast was nice . "

"Coffee was weak (light brown water), when I pointed it out I was met with combative remarks. Only on the weekend was the coffee made correctly (darker brown). Half-n-half was non-existent during the week, only put out on the weekend. Workout room was clean but only one towel all week, again weekend was fully stocked. Pool was out of order. As a World of Hyatt member I know the potential of this brand, this property needs improvement. "

"No change in the breakfast every day, housekeeping was short staffed so we didn’t get our room cleaned and no new towels without going down or asking for them. We were not made aware of this at check in which was frustrating. "

"Loved everything about the stay except that the air conditioner stopped working during the night, and even though I reported it, no one came to fix it. The girl at the front did not offer any accommodation for it during check out. That is my only issue."

"The staff is always available and they have a very relaxed vibe but they are there to help you whenever you need. You can tell that the staff work really hard and that they are prompt and fair. The pool is okay. It works, but it's a little old. I liked that the pool was inside because we went during the beginning of spring. The hotel rooms are clean and they provide a lot of towels. I thought it was odd that we didn't have tissue paper though. It was close to the highway and conveniently located to where I needed to be. I brought my own pillow. "
