Terrible experience. I arrived at exactly the time I said I would, just before the reception closing time, but there was no-one to let me in and no way to contact them. There was also no way to contact Hotiday, they only have an AI chat bot which provided no assistance whatsoever - there is no way to speak to a human. Hotels.com also have no human assistance available any more, they also only have an AI chat bot which was also no use. I had to find alternative accomodation at 22:30 and I haven't been given any refund nor even an apology. I strongly advise to avoid this hotel and this Hotiday company.
