This apartment is really a find, it's just like in the pictures with a beautiful view of the marina from the bedroom upstairs. We had a lovely stay here, and the location is excellent, we could walk everywhere around Siracusa.

Good location, expected a Seaview but it only has that in the bedroom which is up a steep 21 stair sprial staircase. Well appointed, had most everything and was very large and modernish. Parking on site is possible which is great to have. Walking distance to Oritiga, and MANY good restaurants nearby. Had trouble communicating with the owner initially but pivoted to WhatsApp and was a breeze after that. Bed is comfortable and 2 AC units one on each floor means you are comfortable. Few minor issues would be the coffee maker produced drips of coffee, even on the "large cup" setting and no kettle meant instant coffee took the stove and a pot, we made it work. 2 toilets is nice. Upper bathroom needs some work, shower pan is breaking down underneath, but the space is large and was modern, just really bad caulking and rust/pitting from the sea air. Washer was great to have but does not work when you leave the room because you have to cut the power every time. This means you are trapped while it runs. Find the fastest setting on the panel, and wash while you sleep (its loud though so close the door) dry rack is available. Almost zero TV in English (YouTube was the only option), even the local Italian stations that typically can be changed to English wouldn't change. The windows to the limited Seaview could really use a clean. A decent choice for our 3 night stay, not sure you'd find better without choosing a hotel room which would lack a kitchen

God udsigt fra soveværelse. Godt med plads til fire. Bruser har behov for lidt tilpasning, da der var svært at få den rigtige varme. Tæt på oplevelser og ok parkeringsmuligheder
