There was someone different at the desk who told us it was locked because originally we were assigned a different room. "My only criticism was we were not allowed to go up onto the roof and see or use the swimming pool because we had not paid for the spa facilities."

Shuttle was convenient and the staff waived the fee for us due to no response from the previous day’s inquiries and attempted phone calls. There is not much around the hotel to do or see or options for eating. Otherwise, the hotel was clean, room was spacious and staff was friendly. "
