"The room was modern comfortable and clean. The staff was fabulous- friendly and very helpful. The area is safe. There is a shuttle to the mall. Staff arranged a late check out and arranged an airport transfer as well. The food in the restaurant was AMAZING - delicious and great presentation. "

"Room was clean and very quite that yiu can rrally relax after a long day tour. The front office manager - Mac was such an awesome guy very cinversationalist and while we were waiting for out ride late night going back to Belgium we stayed in the lobby and he accommodated us. Definitely will recommend this place to stay when in Zurich. "

"Clean room, friendly staff. Stored our luggage when we arrived before check in. Breakfast was lacking hot food. The only warm food they provided was boiled eggs. The bed was king sized but we were provided with 2 single duvets which we found very weird. "

"Check in was easy and went smoothly. One complaint - Had a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door and the cleaning staff kept knocking on the door. What was the purpose of the sign!"
