Great Experience

It was such an amazing experience to sleep in a castle. The room clean and the breakfast was great. Everyone working at the property was so nice. Highly recommend.

Fun Castle stay

Let's start by saying that this is a hostel, so amenities are limited and comfort is just ok. That said, this is an awesome place to stay. We added the meal at night--excellent and parking. Staff was very pleasant and helped us understand how to navigate the stay.

A must do if you're in the area

Amazing experience. Only stayed for one night, but was seriously looking for ways to extend just because it was such an awesome place. Love how they managed to renovate the place so that it acts as a living museum and a very comfortable stay. The restaurants was great and the staff was super friendly as well. A must do, if you're in the area.

This is a must stay!! Castle was awesome, food was delicious and the staff were amazing! Castle on a hill with modern amenities and won’t break the budget!!

Cozy part of a historical castle

Nice new place in a castle. You get to see the inside as part of your room. The beds have private outlets and lockers that are free. Nice little town close to lots of attractions and Swiss towns. Would stay again when traveling in Switzerland.

Beautiful place!. Including ticket of museum. Near the nice other museum(franz gertsch). Hostel people are so kind! Nice breakfast!! I would like to stay again when I will go to Bern or near the city next time.

Beautiful place. Friendly people. But remember to bring a towel. And reserve a shuttle transport in advance for arrival and departure days. That walk up with 4 heavy bags was a chore.

ベルン旧市街に行くための滞在地として利用しました。同じ人が中心となって作り上げた中世の街並みが美しい、本当に中世に来たかのうような街でした。 街からお城まではかなり坂を登ります。スーツケースを持って歩くのはかなり大変だったので、できれば車でのご利用がいいかもしれません。バスで近くまで行ってお城まで歩いて行けなくはないです。 お城の中の滞在スペースは清潔に改装されていてとても居心地の良い空間でした。 滞在者が無料で見れるミュージアムも内容が面白く、世界とヨーロッパの文化を比べていました。また、お城の上まで登って街を見下ろすことができます！

Cuando lo contratamos nos dijeron que era baño compartido, pero pensamos que si ser 5 personas, se trataba de un solo baño en la recámara, lo cual era incorrecto, el baño se comparte con todo el piso del hotel y cuando te toca una excursión de estudiantes estaba asqueroso lejos del cuarto. Ella accesos a la propiedad es caminando por una gran pendiente de considerable distancia y esto dificulta cuando llevas adultos mayores y cuando esta lloviendo. Definitivamente no es familiar y no volvería por el tema de los baños.

Das Schloss wurde wunderbar umgebaut und dort zu wohnen ist ein ganz spezielles Erlebnis. Der Museumsbesuch wäre auch inbegriffen, konnten ihn aber nicht „einlösen“, da wir dies nicht wussten und nicht einplanten. Wir kommen wieder. …und übrigens ein umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet…wunderbar

ベルンの宿予約が取れなく、仕方なくベルンから電車で15分程の場所にしましたが、大当たりでした！泊まる場所はお城の中で、施設内は改装されており、とても綺麗です！また、丘の上にあるので窓からの景色は絶景です！ 駅前にはcoopともう一つスーパーがあります。 丘の上にあるため、少し歩くのが疲れますがぜひ機会があれば泊まってください！

Une belle montée a pied, ce jour dans la neige, pour arriver au chateau. Tout est très bien renové, l acceuil, les chambres sobres et nickel et le restaurant ou on a tres bien mangé. Ce fut un plaisir de dormir ici.

Ein gutes Burghotel !

Diese sogenannte Jugenherberge ist in Wirklichkeit ein gutesHotel mit einigen Stockbettzimmern und Selbstbedienung . Ein toller Ort für eine Auszeit als Familie oder ein romantisches Wochenende für ein Paar. Hier kann man sich wie als Burgherr fühlen. Die Herbergsleitung ist sehr nett .Im Haus ist das Schlossmuseum, das ist ein kunterbunte Völkerkundeartiges Museum privater "Reisemitbringsel", es lohnt sich, es zu besuchen, nebenbei kam man die Burg besichtigen und Gäste kommen gratis ins Museum. Parken geht mit einer Karte vergünstigt für 7.50 Sfr die es am Checkin zu kaufen gibt. Burgdorf ist sehr schön und ruhig mal Einkehren im Café namens " Rohstoff".
