"The lamp in our room had a short and sparked and the staff acted like it wasnt an issue and very non chalant - gave us a new room but in no way assisted us and it was late at night and we had been traveling all day and this was not how we wanted to spend our evening. The bartender helped me find the person to check in and was always as his station. The breakfast was a bit lacking. "Room was straight out of a horror movie It smelled like stale cigarettes, bathroom had hair shavings, keep your shoes on as the rug was disgusting. The door locked but was not tight so I slide a chair to lock it and the dresser. Slept with one eye open"

"The rooms we booked were disgusting. They were moist, mold on the walls, and the bathroom was visibly dirty- hair all over the floor and dirt built up all over the floor as well. I know they’re renovating, but the cleanliness was sub-par. Staff was very nice and the breakfast was very good, lots of options for all appetites. "

"The staff were kind and courteous but the hotel reeked of stale smoke, the room was dirty and old. The humidity was awful in there too. On the app it shows to be a clean nice place but either we were put in a room that had never been cleaned or renovated or it’s just not nearly worthy of what Expedia says it is.
