"There was no hand or bath soap, or shampoo in our room. Husband went to front desk to retrieve and he was given 3 tiny bottles of hand soap for 2 people to use for all 3 purposes. Lady at front desk was not very welcoming upon arrival or friendly, not even a tiny smile. I didn't ask my husband about how happy she was to see him when he requested soap. Would guess not very much or she may have provided more soap. Breakfast was very good and well stocked. There were many people there eating and service was very prompt, friendly and helpful. Area was very clean. Found out after we checked in that railroad tracks and Amtrak ran right in the back of the hotel. We were very tired but surprised that the noise did not keep us awake. We were about in the middle of the hotel. I needed a blanket, none in the room, as was freezing (to me, at 65 degrees) although we turned it up to 73. Still sheets were cold, hence the blanket. Husband went down for that also. No problem getting one. Bathroom floor and baseboard could have had a good scrubbing but was ok for a one night stay. Lots of dirt buildup in the end corners of tile on floor, clearly visible. Beds and pillows comfy, which is the main thing. Sheets and blanket clean with light, pleasant fragrance. All in all was nice place to rest. We would stay again."

"Wi-fi was decent. Room was clean but no microwave. Coffee maker in room. TV nice and big with lots of channels. Pool was nice. Water pressure was weak and water took some time to get hot. Staff was polite. Overall would stay again."

"Individuals at front desk were extremely friendly and professional. Our room was huge (room 201 - suite w/3 beds + 2 bathrooms), clean, and perfect for our family of 5. Blackout blinds were greater and very much appreciated. The free breakfast was okay - nice to have a convenient free option available, but not particularly good (just meh) . But lots of other options nearby so not a big dealz"
