"Overall we managed our stay within our expectations based on contact with the venue and reservations team. The hotel is in a great location just across the road from Knoll Beach and plays on its location. Food at breakfast and dinner is great and service excellent. Of particular note are Ally, Aidan, Damian and Olivia. This is a heritage hotel and tries as much as possible to balance the challenges of maintaining traditional features with the ongoing challenges of maintenance and modernisation whilst full renovation is pending. Overall, we made our stay work within our understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of the venue. A return visit would only be possible after venue changes were completed."

"Was a lovely stay! The four poster room was spot on, the staff were lovely, it’s a great venue. Only thing it needed was some water pressure in the shower! Wouldn’t stop me staying there again though!"
