"We stayed at this hotel for the second time and once again were very satisfied. The staff is attentive, friendly, and professional, always ready to help. The breakfasts are delicious and varied, with fresh, high-quality products. The rooms are spotless, and housekeeping is thorough and consistent. We will definitely come back again."

"The stay was OK, but I think I could have booked a better hotel for this price. The room was very noisy as it was towards the street and window isolation was not great. Lot of noise from the street during the night, which made sleep difficult. Also due to the isolation issue and heating not working properly, the room was pretty cold. Staff gave an electric heater, which mostly solved this. Staff were very nice in the hotel. Breakfast is great / lot of things to choose. Location of the hotel is great, you can reach main tourist attractions and nice restaurants on foot."

"The location of the hotel was excellent (coffee bars/ restaurants/ squares nearby) - and the hotel was reasonable (friendly staff) - the breakfast was a little sub par. However, the room was only half cleaned each day. One day they made the bed but forgot to clean the bathroom, and the other days, they cleaned the bathroom but did not make the bed. The housekeepers need to be trained, I believe"
