"5 stars is only thanks to the hotel manager Noorai who went above and beyond to recrify our issues in service from the hotel. When I say service I mean the restaurant, cleaners and room service. Absolutely appaling from them. But 5 stars thanks to Noorai and Sabira.
The receptionist Sabira is worth a mention who also made our check in and check out process efficient and pleasant.
Wouldn't say I would come again. But I may well do. So I would recommend the hotel for short stays. Families please...

"This is not a complaint about the hotel but about Hotels.com. I would highly recommend the hotel. The location is good, the room is clean and comfortable and the staff are great. But Hotels.com should have signalled that the hotel was under renovation with some services not available and the restaurant with limited opening hours."

"The stay was OK, but I think I could have booked a better hotel for this price. The room was very noisy as it was towards the street and window isolation was not great. Lot of noise from the street during the night, which made sleep difficult. Also due to the isolation issue and heating not working properly, the room was pretty cold. Staff gave an electric heater, which mostly solved this. Staff were very nice in the hotel. Breakfast is great / lot of things to choose. Location of the hotel is...
