There was a power outage. I waited at the lobby from 7pm to 11pm for them to restore the power, but decided to go back to my room at 11+, despite without power in my room.
Shortly, received a call telling me to shift to an alternative hotel. As it is already midnight. and it is below 0 degree and is freezing. I chose not to shift as I don't want to queue and waste another couple of hours because I'm checking out the next morning.
The next day, i checked out and ask for a refund for that night stay. The staff told me to claim it from where I did my booking.
However, When I tried to claim, Expedia told me Holiday Inn refuse to a refund.
I email to them personally and till to date I've not heard a single sound from the!
I chose Holiday Inn because of their international brand. I'm shocked by their bad attitude and their poor business practice.
I will Never ever patronise Holiday Inn any more!
