Our kids slept on a similar couch in a different place but they supplied an extra mattress which helped as the couch cushions fall off easily so my 15 yr old didn’t sleep as well. "Good location near the airport. The place was very convenient. The 3rd bedroom only has a very small twin bed that is in a corner. The shower is very small. When we arrived, there was a musty smell, but it disappeared once we opened all the windows."

Situated roughly 10 minutes from the City of Keflavik and the airport, it is the perfect arrival or departure spot as it places you in immediate proximity to the airport. "Decor of the room is sleek, new design, no aircond, need to open up window for cold air to come in. The problems are in between walls no soundproof. I could hear my upstairs running jumping after 11pm. My next wall tv noise, other side wall talkg. At 1am +, i was awaken by noises chasing northern lights outside my windows."

"We stayed here our last night in Iceland. Great hotel close to airport. Good restaurant for dinner and nice breakfast buffet. Note: the hotel shuttle only goes TO the airport and generally runs only early morning. Let the front desk know the time you need the shuttle when you check in. A day earlier we had to take a taxi back to the hotel after we dropped off our rental car. Cost about $25 for a 5 minute trip."

"The owner picked us up from the airport in Keflavik. We found the property to be very clean and comfortable. It was very quiet and relaxing and decorated with artwork and plants. The owner and his wife were very accommodating and attentive. The location is within walking distance of a grocery store and local restaurants. It is located in a very safe area.
