After only walking in the room for 5 minutes, the bottom of my socks were black, the toilet wasn’t cleaned, there was blood on the wall in the bathroom, there was hair and dirt in the bed suggesting that new clean sheets were not put on and the bed was just remade after the last guests used it. "Great place! Just as advertised! Quaint cabin with amazing ranch campus! We got to check out the larger house too! Would stay her again in a second! Perfect base for the local wineries and Placerville restaurants. "

"Parking was great - right outside our room. The check-in process was quick and easy and friendly. The decor in the room is a little tired, there was no ice in the ice machine and we couldn’t get any water from the bathroom taps but the bed was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep."

"There's no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up and down stairs, to get to your room. The PHOTOS on the website were VERY DECEIVING. The price of the room was far too high for the crappy accommodations. Luckily it was only one night."

"It was passable, but don't set your expectations very high. The carpet didnt lay flat, and the flooring by the tub curling up. It's seen better days. The breakfast is only a prepackaged Svenhard's Danish. No prepared coffee with breakfast so you have to make it yourself in the room with the small machine. Next time we go wine tasting in the area we'll be looking for something a little better."
