"Parking fee of 38.50 is ridiculous! I made sure I checked the parking rate here before i booked. When I called, I was told it was $20 to park here so I went ahead and booked as I thought that amount was reasonable for Los Angeles rates for parking. The whole reason I’m staying here is my son is inpatient at Ucla Ronald Reagan Medical Center for some heart procedures. Money is not something I have a lot of and having to consider the price to Park is huge for me. I explained this to the clerk when I checked in that I was told it was $20 to Park and she could care less - the fact that her attitude about it was so nonchalant really bothered me. Busy on her phone as if I was interrupting her. Also, the room I was assigned to faced Olympic Boulevard and the noise coming from that street all night was absolutely awful. No rest. I will make sure not to stay here again."

"The room was clean and it was perfect for the 2 night stay. Parking was easy. We were gone most of Friday and when we returned, I found a parking spot quick. We didn't eat at the restaurant but from what I saw, the food looked good. The little quick service/convenience area came in handy when we want a late night snack and drink."

"Very noisy experience. A/C made loud clicking sounds on/off, disturbing sleep. Loud noises in the hallway and adjoining rooms also made it hard to sleep. Despite having pre-paid, staff took 15+ minutes to complete check-in."

"Don’t let the "motel" exterior fool you—the inside is a total surprise! While the building looks a bit dated from the street, the interior is well-kept, clean, and has really charming decor. The rooms were spotless, and while the portable A/C unit was a little noisy, it wasn't a dealbreaker. Since it wasn't crowded, the atmosphere was very peaceful. A huge plus was the front desk—they were incredibly accommodating and granted me a late checkout at no extra cost. Just a few logistics to keep in mind: the parking lot is tiny (about 10 spaces) and there is no elevator, so pack accordingly. It’s not an extravagant luxury stay, but for a clean and quiet spot, I’d definitely return!"
