"This is my second visit here, and I still find it excellent for shopping, dining, and walking. The rooms are a little bit challenging to access because the building is old, but it's worth the minor inconvenience. I hope to return soon."

"Bathroom had a very leaky shower. Fridge provided didn't work. Room was ok for a1 night layover for 5 people if you don't mind a very small room. "

"We had stayed here before as it is very convenient for visiting family. Rooms are small but comfortable. Friendly host, easy free parking. Pleasant pub just around the corner for dinner and very relaxing in the garden. Good value for this part of Surrey."

"It was exactly what we wanted. We arrived at 11:00pm and left to tour the city in the morning at 05:30am and it was not a problem. One thing that might help others: you'll get an email the day before you check in which contains a code that you use to open a small locker box which has your room's key. So of you're traveling, make sure you get access to your emails."
