Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. would defiantly be going back there, my two young girls absolutely loved the place it was so peaceful and tranquil. we didn't stay in the glamping tents but our two bedroom villa was better than expected, everything we needed! "We absolutely loved our stay at Lobster Bay. Our room was beautiful, the pool was a life saver and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The view from our room and the restaurant are exactly what the photos show, stunning and beautiful. We enjoyed the food, the massages and the staff were all so kind and accommodating. Its a bit of a drive to any of the main shopping areas but very much worth it for the peaceful and private location of this resort. We are already planning a trip back."

"Clean and nice hotel. About twenty minutes from Kuta beach. You have everything g you need for a quiet stay at the hotel. Beach pool volleyball and the rooms are clean and quiet ! It does take about 45 minutes to airport and the road is a little off the beaten path but you will love it once you’re there "

"We stayed in a Villa which was beautiful. Private surrounding but right in the heart of Kuta. Staff were helpful and breakfast was amazing. Not brand new but looked after and not mouldy smell in the room. Our friends stayed next to us and loved their stay also."
