"Too many high hidden fees for coming across as a Hotel. The director was very kind and polite. The 2 bedrooms villa was poorly designed. We learnt that the resort has been recently taken over by another owner. With did not have an unpleasant stay but I cannot accept fees that sum up to the cost of an extra night."

"I did the reservation the same day that i would stay in that place. I arrived there and didnt had the acess code, so I tried do call and send messagem from the whatsapp and didnt had any awnser. I waited in the door of the propertie for more than 1 hour and didnt had any response from the owner. So I went to another hotel, and even then I didn had any response form the property owner. I request the refound of the payment!!!"

"Les photos que j’ai consulté sur votre site lors de la réservation n’ont rien à voir avec la réalité. Vous allez pouvoir le constater vous-même en visionnant la réalité. Tout est vieux et dégradé, les meubles des chambres 305 et 306 sont juste bon pour la déchèterie. La kitchenette de la chambre 305 était condamnée juste un frigo tout rouillé. "Ottimo hotel, camera pulita e ordinata. Ottimo servizio. Ottima colazione, consiglierei un po' di varietà e di cambiare ogni giorno perché è divertente fare colazione giorno dopo giorno. Un'altra piccola cosa: consiglio di cambiare gli asciugamani in camera perché sono troppo sottili e vecchi ed è ora di cambiarli. Non asciugano il corpo dopo il bagno. Parcheggio molto comodo."

"One of the best rooms I have ever stayed in during my lifetime and that includes Paris Ritz, Beverly Wiltshire, The Nelly in Cape Town. The owner’s attention to detail is impeccable; hotel staff couldn’t be better. My only very minor criticism is breakfast buffet could include eggs and yogurt. Otherwise just outstanding!"

"Our stay was excellent. The staff service was outstanding, very friendly and they went above and beyond to make our stay great. Breakfast was very nice, offering more of a selection than other stays in/around tge Puglia region. The accomodation was very new, with everything you need. The bed was very comfortable, for a great night sleep. The pool was a little cold, but its quite refreshing and nice once your in. The location of the accomodation is great, with a supermarket next door for convenience to get every day items. There is free secure parking on site, so if you have a car, getting in and out of Lecce and other neighbouring towns is easy. Note: the accomodation is 5 minutes or so drive away from the town of Lecce, accomodation is located in Surbo. Im not too sure how to get there by bus. I highly recommend Lavilla Suite & Relax, with 5 stars for everything. Thabk you "
