"The hotel staff was incredibly unhelpful. We called before check in and they couldn’t help us at all with our reservation (couldnt locate our reservation, couldn’t help provide information on how to find it) when we got there they temporarily misplaced our bags. The air conditioning was broken and they kept saying it was being fixed but it never was. It was incredibly hot in the room and the room was tiny so there was no airflow. We got no compensation for any of the inconveniences. Overall...

"This hotel has the perfect location to explore London. The staff is extremely nice and we felt very welcome. Especially the front desk agent that checked us in and also checked us out, went above and beyond. He was very kind, paid attention to our needs, explained everything in detail, was very empathetic. The best employee!! Also the doorman had a big smile for us every time we would walk by. he also recommended a great coffee shop. The room was beautiful and I am very grateful for the hotel...

"Not a fan of the fee for early check in, staff was kinda rude everytime I spoke to them, cafe closed early even though it was like a food restaurant as well so not really accessible, vending machine inside was SO expensive & hotel located in not the greatest area to go out in at night. Other than my room was nice, clean, calm and quiet which I enjoyed and it had clean halls etc. Though I never got room service the whole 4 nights I was there."
