Unfortunately, I can't cancel the room I booked in October without losing out on $155. I have never had a negative...

"Spent 4 days in July and really enjoyed the location and amenities. Restaurants on site were very good as well. Great access to hiking, biking and golf. It winter, location would be hard to beat."
