"My superior sapa room was lovely, clean, and well appointed. Very comfortable bed, great shower and the decor all very tropical. Staff were excellent- helpful, attentive, friendly and spoke English. Restaurant had a full menu with both western and Vietnamese options to suit everyone. Breakfast is included and again has lots of options. The resort is beautiful and kept impeccably clean. The ocean did have a bit of litter in it but that went away once the winds picked up. Really enjoyed my stay...

The property is stunning, with rich wood details, beautiful tile work, lush greenery, and cozy spaces throughout. The rooms had a true boutique feel — stylish, intimate, and thoughtfully designed with warm lighting, comfortable bedding, and elegant finishes that made the stay feel both luxurious and relaxing. The dining experience was exceptional, especially breakfast, which offered a great variety of fresh pastries, tropical fruits, local dishes, and made-to-order options. The live piano music in the evenings added such a sophisticated and relaxing touch to the atmosphere. What truly made our stay memorable was the incredible staff. Everyone was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel cared for throughout the entire visit.
