Resort shut down

When we arrived the resort was shut down. I'm still waiting on Hotel.com to reply to me regarding refund of my deposit. Hotels.com need to remove this resort from any lists.

Property was not available when we arrived, no check in facilities were present on property, subsequently told that property had been sold in the last few weeks and was no longer being used for accommodation, but this information was not conveyed to me by property owner or by Wotif

It was derelict on arrival. No reception all locked up no signage no phone number connected. Had to book somewhere else last minute sitting out the front of this place. Very disappointed.

Beautiful beach

Great location close to Coolum and the rest of the Sunshine coast. A short walk to the shops and beaches. Self contained no fuss apartment which would be good for familes. Friendly and helpful reception. I would stay here again

No dedicated parking space for unit. Food particles on eating utensils, no tv remote , couldn’t utilise tv. Response from office. Phone response to dirty utensils ,‘ can’t help that ‘ Overall very disappointed, wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

My husband and I stayed for three nights over New Years Eve. The apartment was well set out with lots of room and a full kitchen. Positives: great pool, easy walk to beach and club, good wifi, comfy bed and good shower. Could do better: better equipped kitchen. Negatives: the rooms at the top have a steep staircase to negotiate

For $140 pn , one would expect washing up vacilties, car space and room to move, not to mention only one key for two people and that only for the screen and no key for the main door , holes in the curtains and tv reception very poor...a complete dump of a place, needs to be pulled down. Worst place we have ever stayed at.

The condition of the room was very tired. Worn spots in the carpet, paint peeled on window ledges. Little things like an absence of a decent sized waste bin in the room and having to wash dishes in the bathroom sink. Having said that, the communication was very good and exceeded my expectations. Not going to be high on my list of return venues

Room and balcony very small. Beds sagged in the middle and badly need replacing. Area convenient for beach and shops. Pool area good, but a bit too shady for this time of the year, but had a nice warm spa beside the pool.

needs to build a better bathroom

our twin room had a huge bathroom no vanity, so nowhere to put toiletries or hair dryer!! Room very small cant open fridge without moving bed!!

Quiet Location Close to beach and shops

Just out of town so nice and quiet. Kids loved the pool area. Units were a little dated but had everyrhing we needed for a comfortable stay with e kiddies.
