Loved the position, the pool and the air conditioning! Would have liked there to have been a microwave, toaster and crockery and cutlery.

Property was lovely to stay at, pool was closed for maintenance while we stayed (don’t believe this was communicated before booking or arrival) and the room warmed up early in the morning (if known we would’ve put the aircon on and had a sleep in). Thanks, overall was nice to stay at.

Staff were excellent. Room was excellent. Food was excellent. My only suggestion would be an awning of some kind over the little patio to have somewhere in the shade to have morning coffee

Pool advertised, however currently empty. Felt unsafe in the his area. Kids playground attached to the restaurant was really loud until late at night.

This property was expensive for the 1 night stay and our Room was next to the pub exit so there was a great deal of noise and arguing going on amongst pub leavers till all hours. I wouldn't book again.

We apologise for the noise you experienced, which I assume was from your neighbour, as we have no noise complaints logged that night. If given the opportunity, the management team could have resolved any issues for you right away. Also, we only had you booked in for 1 night with us. Nevertheless, this is definitely not the overall experience our guests are used to, so we hope you give us another chance to improve.

Long Travel - Late Arrival
This was a last minute stay with a late arrive into the hotel. The staff was amazing, she called to check that we were travelling ok and if there was anything they could help with settling in. She even checked if we had eaten and gave us a range of places that were still open if we needed something. Very Grateful :)

We always enjoy Nightcap. This one was slightly let down by the motel section the exterior was 1980's but the nterior was up to date. Lovely pool. Playground seemed to under reconstruction. Easy very friendly and quick check in. Usual free drink was served in an efficient and friendly manner. The Hotel section decor was the usual excellent Nightcap standard.
