Shops less then 2 minutes walk (Aldi )and other food shops So peaceful and relaxing., you have your own parking and garage rear patio. village is very clean and welcoming , great for short or long stays.

The suite was very modern, clean and kitchen well stocked with modern, stylish kitchenware. Supermarket across the street. We were given incorrect address by virtual receptionist, who emailed that we were staying in Bli Bli. Communication was a challenge when there is no front desk, and often phones are not answered as reception is not available for calls. One has to leave a message and wait for your call to be returned. We ended up going to the incorrect apartment, 25-30 minutes away from the adress we were supposed to be staying at, as a result of incorrect information sent by virtual receptionist to me. Once we drove and checked into the correct apartment in Mountain Creek, we had endless issues with the wifi not working. Eventually after the wifi was connected, after several calls to an afterhours number, the wifi kept cutting out. It was very frustrating. Despite this, the accommodation was lovely.

I do like to inform you that this is not a normal check in and will ensure this will never happen again. Our property at Bli Bli Suites is a contactless building and very self-sufficient check in like Airbnb. We are working on perfecting this with new and upcoming ways to make this easier for our guests. We are always a phone call away, so I'm very sorry to hear you had trouble with getting in contact with one of our friendly staff members. As we are a new building, we love to hear all feedback to ensure we are improving on all we can to ensure our guests are having the best experience possible. We had a great stay, carpark was directly outside our unit, it had gates at the front and back for the kids, it was like a home away from home. Would definitely stay again.

Loved the location itself and surrounding shops. The unit itself is nice and big with almost everything to make it feel like home. TVs in the bedrooms would make it much better. Also, cleaning staff should check everything is working properly - our unit had broken scissors, dead batteries in aircon remote and a lamp that didn’t work. Due to Covid and lack of staff on premises, it seems even more important that the staff are doing a thorough check in advance of guests staying in the room.

Air con filters and exhaust fan filters were filthy dirty, back patio could do with some cleaning too. Spare toilet paper downstairs would have come in handy, a pair of tongs in the kitchen and additional pillows, 1 per person is not what we are used to. The check in process was not good. When we arrived at the complex there was a gate which required a pin code to enter. There was no information about getting into the complex so we could not get in until the gate was opened by another car and we followed them in. There was also no information about parking. I spent 30 minutes on the phone to sort it out as the after hours contact was off site and did not have detailed knowledge of the property and complex. It was sorted out in the end but all this information should have been provided in email check in. The townhouse looked relatively clean and tidied although the grout on the tiles needs a good clean. The sink in the en-suite gets blocked as soon as any water comes out of the tap as it doesn’t drain properly. The shower is also the same and gets flooded easily. However the townhouse is spacious.

When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk and the door locked. We had trouble trying to contact someone for a key or any information about our unit. Our townhouse definitely wasn't cleaned properly before our arrival. The tiled and carpeted floors were sticky and all the surfaces in the kitchen didn't look clean either (and there were some crumbs). Apartment itself was a great size, just disappointing about the cleanliness.
