Hi Gail, What a shame you stayed in the mess and didnt make us aware until departing. We pride ourselves on our cleanliness, so to have this happen is quite a shock but unfortunately coming to us at the end of your stay doesnt give us a chance to see the mess or rectify it.

Thanks or your review Kevin, the car spaces are very tight and as discussed the spas are run through every clean with spa cleaner so not sure about the spa not being clean. The girls tested it again after your stay and all was fine.
