"I went specifically because they had a hot tub. I was very disappointed to find out it was broken. No one let me know beforehand, nor was there a sign posted the it wasn’t working. I had to contact the front desk after going there and trying to get it to work for 30 mins. This was disappointing. Plus they also lost paperwork that I signed when I first got there and had me sign the same paperwork twice because they lost the original. Also my tv remote was broken too. "

"Shower did not work Very little hot water. Bath tub was stained and dirty. There was no wash cloths. Service desk offered no help or refund when complaints we're brought to their attention. Room was outdated. Will not stay or recommend to anybody"

"I was just passing through for one night. I had the most comfortable mattress and fluffy white pillows and bedclothes to make my nights sleep restful. The Staff was so helpful with directions to nearby eateries and general information. I was so pleased that I booked the hotel for my trip back home."
