"They keep your room secure once it booked, I was to busy around the city and I make the check in late, they attend me pretty well. In contrast, others reject if you don’t do the check in on time."

A grocery store, restaurants, and bus stops were within easy walking distance. The staff gave me a firm pillow, after I mentioned that the ones on the bed were too squishy."

Every time I returned to my room, there were fresh towels in the bathroom, I loved the included breakfast and the bistro/restaurant option for dinner, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I definitely utilized the concession store every day (water, coffee, snacks), making my trip easier before heading into the city each day. Many helpful amenities and accommodations. The TVs have streaming apps as well, and the rooms are spacious with plenty of places to sit...

"Staff were professional and helpful. The hotel, my room, refrigerator and shower were very clean. On a Friday night, the parking lot was clean, well lit and felt totally safe to me, a single older woman. And I found the other guests to be quiet and respectful. Soaps/lotions were minimal, but I was only staying one night so no big deal. There is no elevator, so if you have mobility challenges be sure to request a first floor room. "The bathtub did not drain properly and sand was in the tub. The rooms were not soundproofed well that you can hear footsteps from the upper floor; we woke up because of footstep noise at 2:00am. We had to move to another hotel for better sleep and rest."

"The room was very comfortable and was perfect for a traveling person who needs quiet and plenty of space to organize their stuff. I took 2 naps and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and there's a Chick-fil-A across the street for good eats. I had a wonderful stay, I needed sleep, air conditioning (high humidity outside makes it hard for me to breathe after hiking. Thank you for the clean bed, towels were fluffy and plenty.
