"The room was nice. It did feel like the floor slanted toward the bathroom which was odd. The staff was nice. The breakfast was amazing! There were so many items to choose from. I wish the coffee was a little stronger and would have liked half and half instead of little packets of creamer. The location was great for going into town, or catching the ferry. We will definitely stay again."

"The room is clean and spacious. Comfortable bed. The staff are friendly and accommodating. We’re on the second floor to start with, after a hour, non stop banging noises from the floor above made us feel so annoying. We asked the front desk to check but were told that they didn’t hear anything. We requested for a room change, even though the hotel was quite full, the front desk staff was able to change the room for us. We got a quiet room and good stay on the fourth floor."

"The staff wasn’t clear that our room would not be serviced at all so we were disappointed. They sent someone to take our trash but didn’t clean and didn’t replace coffee. Overall good stay and I’d stay again just would be helpful to have clarity about servicing."

"Property location was probably the best thing about this hotel. The rooms were fairly dated. The seating was uncomfortable. I had to call maintenance to address the air conditioning, because it was not cooling properly. The breakfast was just okay, nothing special. There is construction ongoing, so everything was torn apart and just didn't look great. If you are staying in this area, I would shop around a bit before booking at this hotel. If I ever return to the Seattle area, I will be avoiding...

"The good: Room was clean and staff were wonderful. There is a large overflow parking lot with plenty of room to park. A back door opens right onto Interurban Trail. There is a cafe in the lobby with a limited selection of Starbucks drinks, sandwiches and your typical egg and bacon breakfast fare. The bad: One of the elevators was down during my stay and the other was doing overtime with a long wait while it stopped at several floors.
