"The staff is always amazing here and accommodating. The hotel is only a few minutes from the airport. It is always very clean and just inviting. The only thing I hope they change at some point is to start adding microwaves to each room. No matter what I continue to stay here for the other positives. "

"Upon arriving to the room we noticed right off there was no coffee, we had brought coffee with us but, the coffee pot took special style and I had to request from the front desk, also there was no blow dryer which the front desk had maintenance bring everything needed, that housekeeping didn't provide."

"Location is great and the staff are friendly and very personable. This is truly a benefit as the hotel has undergone several ownership transitions since I started visiting about a decade ago. Facilities are undergoing renovation a floor at a time, so some rooms are better than others. However the restaurant is great, with seasonal menu changes, and the location adjacent to the lagoon has wildlife and nice walkability. "

"The hotel itself, although older it was bright and vibrant. Which brought happiness to me. However, there were some things that my partner and I weren’t to happy about. One being the bed, it was a bit too lumpy for our liking. The breakfast was not appetizing at all. Light pealed through the door cracks a bit much. My partner wouldn’t stay there again but I would give it another shot. "

"The room was large and very nice decor . The bathroom had a nice jacuzzi tub but the shower door didn’t close . The pool was nice but the spa was closed. The free breakfast was nice. All in all we had a good stay . "
