"Room service dropped off new towls and maybe took the trash out but the bed was not made the whole four night stay an no new soap the whole time. Not that big a deal compared to how clean and nice the property was but just something i noticed "
"I am extremely disappointed with this property. I booked two rooms for my staff members and one room had a gigantic cockroach in it. The rooms also had heavy bleach smells and were not clean. Both my staff members complained and stated they refused to stay in the rooms due to the poor conditions. The manager on site told my staff that they will be issued a refund for the rooms; however, we have yet to see the refund get processed. I messaged the Hotel through the Hotel.com chat on April 6 and never received any response to the status of my refund. I am appalled that this hotel is associated with the Hilton. I expected much better quality and service but did not receive it. Will never stay again!"
"It’s a nice and clean property. The only surprise part for me was 19 dollars per night for parking in Milpitas. I can understand downtown due to limited real estate but charge for parking in Milpitas is a bit too much. Plus I expected the total price that Expedia list is a total price so got a surprise there."

"People was yelling and singing after midnight and people smoking MarMijuana on the third floor and in the back of the property. Also, the mattress had like blood stains and the staff was very friendly."
"The person who was checking me in last night was extremely rude. It took forever to check in. He made rude & unprofessional comments towards me and my friend. He got in my friends face and I thought he was going to put his hands on him. He honestly made the check in process terrible. Very unprofessional and makes this hotel look bad. "
