Staff were there consistently (we never had to wait even 2 minutes for staff to greet us & ask what they could do for us), for each of our requests except the wake up call didn’t ever arrive. No matter, we’d set a phone alarm! We had a great dinner in the bar, did not try their breakfast as we left early for the airport. Would stay again. "

"A great place close to Heathrow airport for an overnight stay before flying. Very comfortable, clean rooms. Quality shower, soft towels and a Nespresso machine. Breakfast is available for a very reasonable cost and offers a wide range of foods all good quality. We enjoyed our short stay and would book again. Transport options are available at the hotel door. "Reception was difficult to find as sign outside pointed towards lifts where only one worked and was very busy/slow. Room was nice but was felt thin so heard lots of noise especially early hours of morning. "
