"Staff was friendly and helpful. That was the only positive. The hotel looks abandoned and like it is going to close at any moment. It is not maintained whatsoever, the inside and outside. Elevator broken, door to pool broken, door to outside lock was actually removed, outside not maintained at all, trash everywhere. Room was disgusting. Nothing had been vacuumed in what appeared to be a month. Pictures on any website must be from years ago. I’m embarrassed I spent my money and had my family stay here. Please stay away."

"First off, the floors in my room were extremely slippery. It felt like there was some sort of residue left behind—hopefully from a cleaning product—but it seemed more like whatever was on the floor had simply been spread around rather than properly cleaned. To make matters worse, there was a strong septic/sewer odor coming from the bathroom. After investigating, I discovered the sink did not have a proper P-trap installed. Instead, a pool filter hose had been clamped between the sink drain and the drain line. This allowed raw sewer gases to enter the room, which made the stay very unpleasant. The floors were also scratched and worn throughout the room, giving it an unmaintained appearance. Breakfast was disappointing as well. The eggs appeared old and looked as though they had been microwaved. The only fruit available was a plastic-wrapped apple. There may have been a waffle maker available, but it was not obvious or easily accessible. Other than some cereal, there was very little to choose from. Overall, the condition of the room and the lackluster breakfast did not meet expectations. The sewer odor issue alone is something that should be addressed immediately, as it raises concerns about both comfort and proper plumbing standards. I tried calling down to file a complaint, but never received a phone call back. When I contacted the customer service line, they were pretty unresponsive."

"We stayed in Room 217 at end of hall with (2) queen sized beds. I showered 2-3 times while we were there (a day and half) and not one time did I have a hot shower. I waited at least 10 minutes to see if the water would eventually heat up and I once again was shivering by the time I got out. Hard to give a 3 month old and a 4 year old a shower in cold water. Piece of trim missing of bed headboard. Not important, but when you pay almost $160 a night you would expect better. Small tv as well and room could had had a bigger refrigerator."

"The room was decent and the staffs during the morning shift were helpful and very caring for my family needs. The breakfast was delicious and we were satisfied before going out in adventure. During the afternoon/evening trip back to the hotel, the staff working there and wasn’t too helpful with my needs as my parents wanted some information. Later on, he decided to make it right but overall, our experience wasn’t really satisfying. Everything else and the staffs in the morning shift was able to help us make our experience better."

"This property was well located for us for our three night stay in Cincinnati. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable, which are the two things I care most about. The breakfast area is a cut above those found in many chain hotels. Nothing out of the ordinary about the food items, but the area itself was clean, inviting, and spacious"
