"It was perfect. Really courteous and helpful check in and out. The room was fabulous with complimentary snacks and drinks, and the most comfortable bed we’d slept in all holiday. It was very clean and had a wonderful deep bath to relax in, just what we needed after our flight. There was no noise from the planes which must have been close by, so we had a very restful stay. The complimentary buggy service from the terminal worked for us too. "

"Rooms were clean & spacious. Good stay for family with kids stay. Friendly staffs. Buffet breakfast at Palm garden serves varieties & taste good too. Shuttle service to IOI Mall were provided but frequency was bad & always full. Overall our 2 nights family stay were enjoyable."
