"I absolutely loved the complimentary buggy to get to the hotel but wished they were more clear about where and how to request it if one isn't already there. (Follow signs on Level 2 on KLIA - which is terminal 1 for those unaware, cross through the food court, then there's a little sign for hotel intercom - just ring that and wait. Note: passengers arriving from KLIA2, the international terminal, will have to take a rather long as it makes several stops before looping back to KLIA (but complimentary) [purple] shuttle bus from A-10 of the transportation center on Level 1 of KLIA2 to get to KLIA and access the buggy transportation.)"

"My room was quiet and I never heard any jet noise. Breakfast buffet was quite good. everything was well organized, clean and quite modern and new. Will stay here again. Short walk to KLIA2 terminal which is a shopping mall with an airport terminal attached."
