" I have multiple stays here. I was staying elsewhere and switched to TownePlace. I called asking for a few requests and the lady said to call back later in the afternoon after rooms were cleaned and she would see what she could do. I called and every rewuest was answered and I started my stay. The lady was Chelsea, which I later found out was the manager. At the time of this review i am still at TownPlace continuing my stay. "We love staying at TRU properties. This was our first stay at the Holland location and it was great! We stayed 3 nights and it was nice and quiet and felt very secure. The breakfast area was always quite busy but the staff were quick to refill and kept things moving. The pool had lots of seating options as well. Would definitely stay again!! "

"This was significantly cheaper than the Marriott that the rest of the team was staying at. They offered breakfast every morning from 6-9 that was eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, waffles, yogurt, fruit, cereal, bagels etc.. a normal hotel breakfast. They have a working swimming pool & hot tub open til 11p for kids then 11p-12a was for adults only. The outside of this place had me reconsidering what I was doing trying to find a cheaper place.. I’m not sure why.. it just gave me that feel. ...

"Clean and quiet place. The pool area was and clean. There seemed to be some renovations happening, but didn't affect our stay. The room was a bit cramped with 2 beds and 4 people. The staff was definitely the highlight. They were so incredibly kind and accommodating. Would stay here again. "

"Staff was helpful and friendly. Free breakfast is included which is nice. Front lobby is nice and there is a pool to lounge at. Our room had working AC and a clean bed. Shower and bathroom were clean. The only negative was a few spiderwebs and the lighting in the room was darker than we'd like and there's not a lot of natural light. We'd stay here again for sure. "
