"I like this hotel because its close to Windsor Castle. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean rooms. 15 minutes from Heathrow international airport. Food was very good Fish and Chips excellent.very good English breakfast. "

"The checkin was straightforward. The problem was we ordered a Twin room but ended up with a Double Room. We tried to call Front Desk but after letting it ring for about 6 minutes we gave up and tried 3 times more and no-one answered.
