Could do better with family suite as only 1 bed and sofa bed for a group of 4.
Restaurant only serves buffet could do better with take away to self catering suite

"Everything was very good. the staff were attentive and catered for your every need. The hotel has a good selection of restaurants and of course there is the casino. There is also a nice pool with a bar and a food oulet. The only gripe I did have was that the hot water was seldem more than tepid. I reported this on occassions but to no avail. A short walk away is a shopping mall with more eateries and shopping."
"Gostei de tudo, desde o quarto, limpeza e staff. Os game drives também são ótimos. Sem contar que a lojinha tem mimos lindos, o preço é outro tema hahaha.
Se tiver algo para reclamar é somente a pouca quantidade de tomadas no quarto tamanho família e a ausência no banheiro que pode impactar quem fica mais do que 2 noites. As disponíveis estavam no padrão antigo.
Fora isso, tudo foi maravilhoso e recomendo 100%!"
"Breakfast and dinner great. But the cleanliness in the rooms shocking. A huge roach appeared from no where ( there’s even a roach spray in the room)- roaches must make a regular appearance!

"My partner and I had an amazing time! The staff were very friendly and the food was amazing! The safari drives were very easy to book and all the guides were very knowledgeable and helped us see some amazing animals, we both enjoyed a massage at the spa which was excellent service too! It was super exciting walking to our room and seeing a family of elephants! It had a great nature feel too it and was definitely a once in a lifetime experience! I highly recommend"
"Ruim huisje met terras en uitzicht op het park. Op zich niks verkeerd, maar niet helemaal zoals op de foto's op de website. Die waren, vermoed ik, van de nieuwere huisjes aan de andere kant. Beetje misleidend :-(
Het diner was goed maar het ontbijtbuffet was wel heel duur naar Zuid-Afrikaanse normen en niet eens zo speciaal.
