"I would not recommend staying here. I had a room booked and when I arrived to check in, the room smelled strongly of cigarettes. I asked if I could change rooms, but the staff gave me keys to other guests’ rooms twice by mistake. After that, I was told there was nothing they could do to help. I was also unable to receive any form of compensation for the inconvenience. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience"

The more obvious things were the things that I’m guessing they have not been replaced for updated yet because they’re in transition, but there was no pool and their breakfast was not great at all. "This hotel worked fine as a quick overnight stop right off I-95, which is exactly what we needed. We arrived around midnight with two toddlers, and while the front desk staff was on the phone when we got there, we did have to wait about 10 minutes to check in.
