"Hi, our stay here was pretty nice except for my daughter got bedbugs and it was very difficult for the rest of our trip. I’ve tried to contact them a couple of times to talk to them about it and they have never returned my messages, so I gave them a terrible ranking on every factor. Do not stay ..."

"The picture looks like good but it wasn't. The room was smelly and very old style. bathroom was so small. The room was not secure. Only one thing, hot spring was good."
