"The unit was clean but VERY tired, as was the whole complex. The balcony railing was wobbly when gently touched."

"This was a great location and fairly priced. The hosts go out of their way to provide extras like each towels. Public transportation to downtown Christchurch and airport is about 1 block away and runs every 15 minutes until late. There are lots of restaurants nearby along with grocery, pharmacy, and coffee shops. "

"Great location, friendly staff, ale house/restaurant on site which was great, we had a ranch slider that went to know where though and would’ve been good if it went out to a patio area with chairs, would be easy enough to do and would’ve really improve those rooms"

"Stayed 3 weeks because of the ocean closed by. Truly awesome. Hostel is welcoming cheap with all equipment to cook. Individual rooms a bargain."

"Friendly welcome even though we arrived late; about 7pm. Room was tidy, warm and full kitchen facilities were perfect. Close to New World to buy groceries for our 3 nights. Cleaners were lovely as well. As they are pet friendly, i will be bringing my dog next time. "
