"This hotel was definitely giving motel vibes. The experience was nothing like what was advertised. The elevator wasn’t working, there were roaches, and we couldn’t even find our room because everything was confusing and poorly marked. On top of that, the pool didn’t work either. I was told something completely different before booking, so this stay was very disappointing. I would not recommend staying here based on my experience."

"The tub was not clean as it should be, some of the staff were not friendly. Breakfast was not the greatest. You had to ask for things repeatedly. The location was great that’s all. "

They told me that that is all they had left for the booking that I have, but if I wanted to get another room, I would have to pay extra and I don’t think that that was right. I booked a room. I should be able to get the same type of room on a different floor so why would I have to pay extra to get it on another floor when you’re telling me you don’t have anything available"

Parking was also very convenient, with easy access and plenty of space, which made coming and going stress-free. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Comfortable accommodations, amazing staff, excellent breakfast, top-notch cleanliness, and convenient parking made this an experience we will definitely remember. "Blankets had stains on them as well as the sheets. Walls were dirty as if someone had been kicking the walls and the door. My ice bucket came apart and there was mold in the bottom portion. Staff was friendly since I didn’t have any interaction with them, but I would not recommend this hotel."
