I would give the hotel staff a five star rating! Super friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The spa treatments were amazing!!
However, even though the hotel is only a couple of years old our room had already started to smell mold. The bathroom had ventilation, but it stopped when turning the lights of. The bathroom never dried up, it was always water on the floor which could be part of why the room smell like mold.
The internet connection was not so good either. Not the one in the room, nor the one at the reataurant/poolarea.
During meditation class, the nabors had party music on, leading to the meditation not being so ralaxing.
