"Staff was wonderful! Helped with all our luggage and gave a comprehensive overview of the facilities and our amenities.
Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. We reserved the private outdoor onsen and it was everything we wanted/needed to relax after five days in Tokyo.
The dinner and breakfast was excellent! The pacing of the meals as well as the clearing of used dishes felt very relaxed and natural. We did not feel rushed at all.
We will definitely come back in the future and stay multiple...
