"وصلت الساعة 12.30 ظهرا واستلمت الغرفة 1.30 واكتشفت التكييف لا يعمل فاشتكيت ولم يسأل احد فيا الا بعد نصف ساعة وبعد محاولات فاشلة لم يتمكن الفني من إصلاح التكييف وتم نقلي لغرفة أخرى ووجدت التكييف أيضا لا يعمل وبعد خلاف حاد مع مسؤلي الرسيبشن لم أجد حل الا الخن اق وفي النهاية استلمت غرفتي الساعة 4.30 بعد بهدلة وقلة ذوق"
