Nous sommes arrives a la dite appartement Palmetto a 9h00pm pour me faire dire que l'annonce était une fraude et qu'il ny avait aucune reservation a mon nom ni au nom de l'hote qui lui meme etait inconnu des gestionnaires de l'immeuble."

"The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is good. However: 1) The guard at the entrance delayed our entry over an hour (!!) in order to "check our documents". This, despite the fact that we had passports, ID cards; and even custody documents for the kids! Still it took over an hour to "double check" our documents and "enter the details into the system" - all the while treating us like criminals. That was a very unpleasant way to begin our stay. 2) The water pressure in the shower...

"Staff was great. Apartment was decent, restaurants and shopping areas nearby. Good overall."
