"No AC working: no toilet paper in bathroom, room had broken drawers, tv was hard to use; front desk didnt ask me janitor , could go in my room to check tv:; i had left to dinner, staff , vold not friendly; the seating was gross and black; mattresses were over 25 years old broken & warn out; room smelled gross like dog; their was a man next roo. With dog. Humidity, in room bad, i was too n exhausted to get out my room i paid 80 for extra day. The 2 previous days i paid150.00( not worth 30.00 stay.) Motel 6 is better and more worth it. I have in my previous stays i stay i red roof in different states and michigan and this was the worst i give -1 star only sheets were clean sheets."

"I never even got to stay there because it was the wrong hotel so I called because I went through Hotels.com so I called the hotel like they told me too to ask them if they can cancel the lady canceled my room and said that I was gonna have a refund and never received it"

"I absolutely was disappointed about what i received compared to what i thought i reserved and for the money that was spent the facility wasnt worth it. The toilet in my room did not work properly. The television in my room stopped working and i was not able to get it taken care of cause there was no maintenance person available. Television was visibly broken. Overall i was not pleased with what i received as a patron and i will absolutely never stay at another Marriott location if i can help it "

"The Manager Darron m, I think and one of the hotel bellman is what encouraged ne to rate this property with a 3 stars. If it wasn't for them I would have given a 1 star. For a 4 star rated hotel much more is needed in room cleaning, bellnan service. We booked because the hotel advised that it offered bellnan service we are both physically challenged my husband more so handicapped- He felt and injured himself trying to pull his suitcase inside. If it wasn't fir the Uber guy assisting us it would have been bear impossible for me injured to get him up. I usually respect the Westin/ Marriott brand so I am hopeful the management would seek to uphold the brand."

"Check in was good, 11:00pm somebody set off and alarm in the hallway. 3 am two men were in the hallway talking loudly and proceeded to keep talking in the hallway until 4 am. Talk to the front desk and they said they didn't see anyone on the camera's which tells me he wasn't looking. Othe than that room was good "

"There was no hot tub, indoor pool was cold, very cold, breakfast was the worst I have ever eaten in a long time. Also the breakfast supposed to be till 10 but by 9:45 everything was removed. Way understaffed "

"Website indicate hotel had indoor pool. Picked specifically so we could use pool after long day of travel. Arrived and found pool was closed for maintenance. Highly disappointed should have been clearly notified when booking that pool would be closed. Otherwise was ok"

"The room was the best we"ve ever stayed in for the price. Room was exceptionally clean, great comfortable beds and pillows, quiet, well maintained, and easy access to. The do not offer breakfast but you can either make your own in the kitchennete or eat out. Tip...Lena"s Kitchen is fantastic. I didnt add any photos but the room looks just like advertised. "
