"This place has a quirky charm. Dรฉcor is a bit dated, a few creaky floor boards but offers a cheap comfortable stay with amazing staff who go the extra mile. It's ideally situated for a brisk 10 min walk into Bournemouth. Has a small pool and games room which is great to keep all entertained."

"Great swimming pool very warm to, outside area is great also just need a little area for the kids. Maybe even a chalk board or slide Restaurant : bar staff were great! Room was great and aircon was brilliant Breakfast was good but needed more fruit options Such an easy walk to the beach to! Highly recommend and will stay again"

"Fantastic family stay! Highly recommend.We stayed as a family of four and were incredibly impressed by the entire hotel. Our room was both spotlessly clean and very spacious, giving us plenty of comfort. The swimming pool facilities are excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed using the sauna and steam room. The staff are very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. We will definitely be back!"

"I knew that it was an old building with an interesting history and that is part of its charm, so not surprising that it could do with a bit of maintenance. However, that did not affect my stay. I really enjoyed staying there, the room was clean and had everything I needed. The staff were attentive and helpful. The food was of good quality, well cooked and presented. The situation is lovely and I particularly enjoyed being able to sit on the lawn or terrace and enjoy the view. I was staying on my own but felt quite content, and comfortable to be there. I just needed to get away for a few days break and Knoll House proved to be the perfect place for me."

"Staff very helpful. Room bright and airy but was not serviced. I had to ask and it was unfortunately thrown together at the last minute. Breakfast was ok, bar area was clean and tidy. Shame no chef for the evening dinner. The hotel suited us well but itโs looking tired."
