"Enjoyed our stay! The staff were very accommodating and the thermal pool has the best view in Gastein. Our room was in the historic portion of the hotel. When we opened the windows for cool mountain air, we could also hear the waterfall. Very relaxing! "

"The hotel has a great location right across from the train station and the cable car. The building is showing its age a bit, but the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the staff were very helpful. All in all, we had a great stay there."
