A beautiful hotel and spa, spottlessly clean and well maintained. Plenty of choice of food. The hotel is in the pretty village of Bad Hofgastein with plenty of amenities and lovely views. Perfect for a relaxing holiday.

The hotel is in a great location, and it's easy to walk around for cute shops and cafes. The restaurant at the hotel was very good for breakfast and dinner, and the staff were amazing!

Basically a good hotel, but skiing area not so good and quite dull city. But if you are for a nice well equipped sauna/spa area and nice dining, then the hotel in itself is really nice.

This is our 3rd stay in the hotel and we have enjoyed it every time . Absolutely amazing sauna and wellness - the best we have ever encountered - every time well prepared and maintained. Large, comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Wide selection at breakfad buffet

Bad food and old fashion sheets in the beds

Terry sheets in bed in a 4 star hotel is not acceptable. The dinner menu is far from acceptable, small or no variations during 7 evenings. Meet or fish to choose between, all fish was small thin rectangular pieces with skin on, looks exactly same shape and fabricated. Skin was soft no crust and not eatable. The vegetarian and the vegan food was exactly same dish 5 of 7 evenings, variation was tomato- or gorhonzola sauce. Not one single dinner we got a typical dish from Austria, not even a local desert was from Austria! There was not one day with pasta or rice. I even have to send back old ham from the saladsbufet, it smelled bad, same ham was already served at breafast and come back as mixed salad. We decided to eat at another restaurant, when we realized that the hotel took old food and served it again. They need to change headchef and replace with creative headchef working with the menu. Do not pay for halfboard at this hotel, eat elsewhere.

Einfach ein traumhaftes Hotel! Schon beim Ankommen fühlt man sich willkommen – das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und laden sofort zum Wohlfühlen ein. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Wellnessbereich: großartig, modern und einfach zum Entspannen geschaffen. Auch kulinarisch bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Das Essen ist köstlich, das Frühstücksbuffet sehr umfangreich mit einer riesigen Auswahl – da findet wirklich jeder etwas. Man merkt, wie bemüht das gesamte Team ist, den Gästen einen perfekten Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Für mich ganz klar 5 von 5 Sternen – absolut empfehlenswert und definitiv nicht mein letzter Besuch!

Hotel das ein bisschen altbacken wirkt. Der Spa Bereich ist spitzenklasse, das Personal sehr freundlich und das Essen alles in allem auch sehr gut und reichlich. Tolle Lage zum Wandern, oder wenn man die Alpentherme besuchen möchte.

In Ordnung

+ großer Wellnessbereich + sehr sauber + auf unsere Bitte, einen anderen Tisch zu bekommen, wurde schnell reagiert + vegane und vegetarische Alternativen + gute Lage - nur 2 Handtücher für den Wellnessbereich, keine zusätzlichen Handtücher verfügbar. Wir verstehen natürlich den Umweltgedanken dahinter, allerdings sind 2 Handtücher für ein Hotel, das mit seinem Spa Bereich wirbt, doch knapp bemessen - Essen eher durchschnittlich, Buffet wenig Variation. Zum Frühstück teilweise alte Brötchen. Super nachhaltig, allerdings wäre es schön, wenn man hier die Wahl hätte. Also vielleicht die Brötchen in einem extra Korb anbieten. - Service nicht sehr zuvorkommend. - Parkplätze kosten extra.

Auch wenn das Haus ein downgrade bekommen hat sollte man von einem 4* etwas mehr erwarten können! Sehr wenig Service im allgemein (selbstverständlich unter Berücksichtigung der aktuellen Personalsituation) aber leider auch von den vorhanden Personen leider sehr wenig Kompetenz! Es wurde mir öfter erklärt was alles “nicht” geht also Kompromissvorschläge für mich als Gast zu finden! Leider im großen & ganzen ein Totalschaden!

Ålderdomligt hotell. Dåligt städat. Vi frukosten var reserverade bord vilket var vansinnigt. Samtliga fönsterbord stod tomma tills gästerna dök upp vilket kunde innebära 3 timmar. Varför inte låta gästerna välja skälv.

Fin beliggenhet, sentrumsnært og samtidig kort avstand til Schlossalmbahn. Om du ikke orker å gå til gondolen er det busstop rett utenfor hotellet. God frokost med godt utvalg. 4 retters middagsservering med god standard, servert av vennlig betjening. Drikke til middag er relativt kostbart. Bra renhold på hotellet. Baren fungerer som røykerom. Dette er ikke en bra løsning hverken for røykere eller ikkerøykere. Om kvelden kan det lukte røyk i store områder innendørs. Hotellet har en fin Spa avdeling, svømmebasseng, trimrom og yoga-rom. Det tilbys forskjellige aktiviteter for gjestene, noen gratis og noen for betaling. Det tilbys massasje. Parkering utendørs er gratis, men kun noen få plasser. Parkering i tilbys i hotellets underjordiske garage for €10 pr døgn.
