"Definitely the best stay across our 3 weeks trip across Europe (even better than global brands such as Holiday Inn, Marriot, Best Western Plus and Accor which we also stayed at this trip). I would even go as far as saying that with some up-levelling of the soft product this hotel could even be rated as 5 star instead of 4.
